Health “Health means your personal well being taking into consideration physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social components.” In other words…the well being of your body, mind, and relationships with others.

Wellness Wellness is a broader view of health: Wellness is a broader view of health: It is a combination of physical, mental and social well being. All three aspects are equally important and need to be balanced. If one area is lacking then eventually the other two areas will be affected.
