STRADUN IN SUMMER Stradun is a promenade in the OLD TOWN of Dubrovnik

CITY WALLS Were finished in the 17th century Were building for 400 years They are 1940 meters long and 25 meters high Inside the city walls in the time of Republic of Dubrovnik lived about 2000 inhabitans. They are secured with 4 main towers The city walls got this look in the 15th and 16th sentury

(carantena-a place were you isolate a person with a deadly and contagious disease) The oldest arboretum in the world was formed near Dubrovnik in Trsteno in 15th sentury
