Cornell Notes TITLE ON THE TOP LINE WITH CH. AND SECTION Set Up:
Fold paper so it has a margin on the left and room for notes on the right title Each title/topic on left should be a different color Blue heading, main idea, title of power point slide Key terms definitions Why cornell? separate topics Easy to read and understand When? Lecture notes, book notes Tips: Plan ahead the space you need Add questions as you go to the left side to be answered in class Skip a line for each new topic Notes should be a summary, short and concise
