2.  Point at the center of an object’s weight distribution, where the force of gravity can be considered to act  All shapes have a Center of Gravity  Located at object’s average position of weight  On a baseball – It is at the geometric center  On a baseball bat – It is more towards the heavier end

4.  If the center of gravity of an object is above the center of support the object will remain upright  If center of gravity extends outside the area of support, the object will topple
