- UNECE Statistical Division Slide 626.4.2009 Conclusions Including the GPG based on hourly data in the database broadens the understanding of GPG. UNECE will continue to update the series. Differences noted in the earnings definitions used in countries suggest that countries make an attempt to adhere to the standards on earnings statistics. The current GPG data are not sufficient to understand the causes of GPG. This will require data with more detailed breakdown.
