2. The Datsun Roadster Book TM Our Other Cars A 1969 1600 (SPL311-25919) we bought for $300. We did an engine swap (not sure why), put on some shocks and nicer bumpers (the ones you see), drove it for 6 months and sold it for $900.

3. The Datsun Roadster Book TM Our Other Cars A 1969 2000 (SRL311-11778) we bought for $430. It needed an engine which we found in a junkyard for $159. we welded the exhaust manifold, installed a muffler and clutch release bearing and paid $250 to repaint it from Navy blue to white. We also paid $25.00 to get a crack in the windshield frame welded. Drove this one for 6 months also and then sold it for $1100. At the end of the project we cleared all of $28.55 over our costs!

4. The Datsun Roadster Book TM Our Other Cars Yikes! A 1968 PL510 station wagon. Bought it for $50 in February 1977. Changed the air filter, oil and oil filter, and put on a $10 used starter. Drove it a month and sold it for $250. Made $133.95 on this one!
