3 Human Resources Team 3 Deborah Rumbaugh Provides leadership of day to day HR operations and is lead with HEA. Team: Includes all members of the HR group not reporting to Trevor. Exec. Director: HR RecruitmentExec. Director: Human Resources Trevor Greene Provides leadership in service of recruitment of highly qualified and diverse talent at every level of the district (strategic plan indicator of progress) and is lead with Teamsters. Team: Jacob Ellis, Coordinator of HR, Jennifer Young, and Kim Watson.
