Precise measurement? Divide # of patients/20 per table and Multiply by 100sqft=total sq footage On ground floor Determine traffic patters in training room and adjust Entry: 2 extra wide doors Why? Next to locker rooms, but not w/ direct access.

Office next to entry or facing entry Own thermostat Cabinet space Storage closets Electrical outlets 3ft above the ground 4 ft apart

Hydrotherapy Room Helps prevent accidental spills
Place hydrotherapy area next to office Why? Office & Hydrotherapy room need to have acrylic windows Have floor drains Hot/Cold outlets for whirlpools Floor slanted at 1% towards the drains Ice machine should have separate cold line and floor drain Shower (small) + Sink

Treatment/Evaluation Area
Tx tables, ideal is 4 Taping tables 36 inches high Larger area for evals, taping, bandaging than rehab. Area. Contain windows for natural light + high lighting for clear visual field Ultrasound/Electrical stim machines in this area Biohazardous containers
