To plot the required actions for project success To rank these actions according to merit To decide which actions need prioritizing Guidance This workshop should follow the Fishbone Analysis workshop. The project elements identified in that workshop are used in this one. The aim here is to keep discussion to a minimum and not get caught up in too much detail at this stage. What is a Priority Matrix
A visual and quick starting point for prioritizing project deliverables/ elements A map reference to start the more detailed action planning process Don’t get caught up in the details at this stage Go with your instinct when plotting elements on the matrix Use the project elements developed in the fishbone workshops Use one matrix per project. Remember – nothing is fixed at this stage.
