MANUAL DOCUMENTATION FLOW FOR SHIPPING BILLS [EXPORT] CUSTOMER APPROCHES MMSPL STAFF WITH ORIGINAL SHIPPING BILL AND BOOKING SHEET. MMSPL STAFF RECEIVES THE SHIPPING BILL AND CHECKS THE POL FROM BOOKING SHEET. ORIGINAL SHIPPING BILL ALONG WITH THE COPY OF THE BOOKING IS SENT TO THE RESPECTIVE PORT. COPY OF THE SHIPPING BILL IS RETAINED TO PREPARE THE CLP. CUSTOMER HANDS OVER THE CONTAINER TO THE CUSTODIAN AND BASIS HANDOVER; MMSPL PREPARES THE CLP AND GATE IN REPORT. ONCE THESE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BILL IS RECEIVED AT PORT; THE SAME IS PUNCHED IN THE CTS BASIS WHICH THE EGM IS FILED. 4

ISSUES ALLOTMENT LETTER TO CUSTOMER CUSTOMER APPROCHES THE CUSTODIAN FOR JOB ORDER CONTAINER GATES OUT BASIS JOB ORDER AND MMSPL STAFF AT GATE REPORTS THE MOVEMENT ALONG WITH THE CONDITION OF THE CONTAINER. 5

THOUGH CTS PROVIDE THE EDI EGM IN 1.5 VERSION STILL CUSTOMS ARE ACCEPTING HARD COPY OF MANIFEST WHICH HAS TO CEASE FOR A PAPERLESS SYSTEM. 3. SURVEY REQUEST & PROCESS OF SURVEY REPORTS SHOULD BE ONLINE COMPLETELY, INCLUDING PAYMENTS. 4. COMPLETE E-TALLY AT FIELD FOR REAL TIME REPORTING PROCESS. 6
