Some people believe them to be bogus. No one knew where it was located. Many have thought to find it. An archeologist named Robert Koldewey found what may have been the gardens between 1899 and 1917. Some people believed that it was actually in Ninveh, where ספר ' ונה takes place. THE LOCATION

Nebuchadnezzar II built it for his homesick wife. It contained water plants and many others. On the sides of the gardens were tiles, and on each of the tiles were covered in plants, animals, and birds and were beautifully colored. CONTENT

HOW BABYLONIA CAPTURED THE JEWS Babylonia captured the northern part of Israel. The kingdom of Judah and Ezra was held in captivity in Babylonia in 586 B.C. Lots of Jerusalem was destroyed but the Jews were still living on. BTW this is the Hanukah story
