Using Internet Explorer, navigate to Mr. Fritz’ homepage One the right hand side, RIGHT click on RCVEXPLTWV4 and click “Save Target As” It is the last file underneath “Resources and Links”

Then click on C: Then Program Files (x86) Then RoboMatter Inc Then RobotC Development Environment Then click save You may be asked if you want to Overwrite the existing file, click yes.
