I chose this food because I like it very much. It´s my mom´s recipe and I think it´s healthly. Soja meat contains all the matters which our body need for production of proteins.

80 grams of soja bricks (one pack) Hot vegetable broth Garlic Agarics (mushrooms) Oriental spice Curry Soja sauce Bivalve sauce Cabbage Red pepper in the sweetsour soak Starsh flour Rice

At first you have to put soja bricks to hot vegetable broth for just about one hour. Than you have to froth up the garlic on the wok and add the bricks, mushrooms, oriental spice and curry, baste it with the broth and stew it for 20 minutes. Than you add the soja sauce, bivalve sauce, cutted cabbage, red pepper and starsh flour mixed with water. Than you cook the rice and you can eat possibly with chopsticks.
