Обратное изменение смертности Ситуация, когда обычные временные тенденции снижения смертности идут вспять (смертность растет со временем). Наблюдается в странах Африки (пандемия СПИДА), Восточной Европе и странах постсоветского пространства, включая Россию. Обратное изменение смертности в странах б.СССР наблюдается преимущественно у мужчин, у которых основной всплеск смертности происходит в возрасте 35- 55 лет. Наиболее сильный рост смертности наблюдается от насильственных причин и несчастных случаев среди рабочих и малообразованных групп населения
