How are we going to tell them about it? How are they going to use it? What is missing or could be expanded? What do we need to do to maintain/update it?

25. Actions for all partners Share any interesting photos that have not already been submitted, for use in social media and the photo galleries. Share our stories on your own social media. Encourage people to sign up to our electronic newsletter. Tell us the latest news about your project. As the projects come to an end they are likely to become more newsworthy. Tell us if you have any previous events that should be added to our diary. Tell us if you have received coverage on television, radio or newspapers. Get copies of these reports if you can. Tell us who in your organisation should be the contact for anyone who wants more information. We will add this to the page for your project.
