Reedy River Missionary Baptist Church TRUNK OR TREAT Saturday, Oct. 31st 6:00PM – 8:00PM AN EVENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY ***trunks needed*** decorate your trunk and have fun passing out candy. The Youth Advisory Board Needs your help! We need volunteers for Security (to keep all our children safe) We need volunteers for candy runner (to make sure each vehicle has candy) We need volunteers for parking (to keep everyone safe) We need volunteers for set-up/clean-up (to keep our church ground beautiful) Wait! WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR EVERYTHING… Most of all we want this to be FUN Event for everyone So… to keep it sweet! We need lots of CANDY and TRUNKS. There is a TRUNK OR TREAT sign –up sheet in lobby outside the front office. Please feel free to donate as much candy as you like. There will be a box outside of the office to collect it all. Thank you, YAB we are doing great things here at the River.

The Giving Tree – Accepting Application The Giving Tree Committee will be receiving names of children who may need assistance for Christmas. The application dates are Tuesday, October 27 and Thursday, November 5 from 10:00 to 1:00 pm at the administrative office. The Giving Tree - Donations The “Giving Tree” is a mission project of the Reedy River Missionary Baptist Church that recognizes the needs of children during the Holiday Season. With your help, we will be able to provide a gift to a child who might not otherwise receive one. We need the enthusiastic support of the Reedy River Missionary Baptist Church family to make a difference this Holiday Season. You may make a monetary donation or pull a numbered ornament from the “The Giving Tree” in the church vestibule and buy gifts from the wish list beginning November 8-29, 2015. The NAACP will celebrate the 67th Birthday of Mr. Truman Humbert Sunday, November 22, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Reedy River Missionary Baptist Church. This fund raising event will benefit 29 local high school students to compete in 2016 National NAACP Convention.
