Every year the Cabinet votes to determine the annual president of APP. The same voting measure is used to determine the nominations for elected positions

7.  Improve our economy  Primary capitalistic and free market  All necessary commodities for living such as energy, gas, and housing shall be government controlled.  Unnecessary programs will be eliminated,  Money funding these projects will be reinvested into creating job programs  Put jobs back into America.  Economic growth, more jobs and higher standards of living in our system

8.  Legalization of marijuana is a priority  Similar to the era of the prohibition  Tax marijuana in order to turn a profit for the economy.  Also medicinal marijuana is safer to consume versus alcohol in medical situations.  Reduction of the amount of people smuggling and selling marijuana illegally.

9.  Supertracking  Providing excelling students a great opportunity to exceed  Students will undergo special programs that allow them to reach their full potential.  Mandatory testing at certain ages will help track which students are excelling.  A portion of existing income tax will be re- directed into the education plan.
