2. As we upgrade from ImageNow 6.1 to ImageNow 6.3, there are some changes to the interface that the end-users will see. These slides cover changes to the ImageNow Explorer, as seen in the queue windows and search windows and the ImageNow Viewer, as seen in the document window.

3. Within ImageNow 6.3 the following icons have changed… ● The Open icon has change appearance ● The Send to User icon has moved ● The Properties icon has changed appearance ● The Refresh icon has changed appearance and location ● The Table Control icon has change appearance and location and is now called “Columns” ImageNow 6.1 ImageNow 6.3

4. The following changes have been made to the File menu: ● Save As has become Export ● Save Private Filter has been added ● Edit Private Filters has been added Note: Private Filters have replaced local queries. Filters can be run as a one-time search or used with the new Views feature. ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

5. In ImageNow 6.3, the “Simple” search has become “Quick Search” and the “Advanced” search has become “Search”. Functionality has not changed.

In ImageNow 6.3, “Advanced” search has become “Search” and although functionality has not changed, the interface has a new look. ● The Add button has been replaced by the Plus icon ● The “created in last xx days” constraint has been removed and is now defined by specific Views ImageNow 6.1 ImageNow 6.3

7. Changes have also been made to the Add Condition dialog box. ● “Condition” has been replaced by “Constrain By” ● The Type field has been moved up ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

8. In ImageNow 6.3, Filters have replaced queries and are mainly used in conjunction with Views, although can be run as a one-time search. Public Filters are available to everyone with access to a specific View while Private Filters are available only to the use who created them.

9. In addition to the changes made to the icons and menus, the following additional changes have been made within the ImageNow Viewer (document window) :  The icon for Launch Associated Application has changed to a rocket  The “Save As” tool has changed to “Export”
