In OAA Applicant registers in OAA Applicant creates application and uploads any documentation they can at that time. Finding Applications by Your Academic Plan
To view submitted applications in GUS, use the following instructions: Log in to gus.uams.edu with your UAMS network credentials. Click on Access GUS. Choose Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer Finding Applications by Your Academic Plan

Add Query Viewer to your Favorites
Navigate to Query Viewer -> Click on Favorites -> Add to Favorites

Search for Query UA_AD_OAA
Type UA_AD_OAA in the search box then click the Search Button. Select the query UA_AD_OAA_APPLS_BYPLAN. Click on Favorite to add this query to your Favorites.

These are the prompts you will have to complete for each of the plan reports you wish to create.
Click on the Magnifying glass for the list of values.

You can click on the Description Title to sort the Plan descriptions alphabetically.
When you run the query it will open in a new browser window.

Application Information will look like this.
You will need to use the Appl Nbr to access the specific application information.

Where do I see submitted applications?
To view submitted applications in GUS, use the following instructions: Log in to gus.uams.edu with your UAMS network credentials. Click on Access GUS. Choose: Main Menu> Student Admissions> Application Transaction Management> Application Transactions Where do I see submitted applications?

How can I see what documents have been submitted?
To view submitted applications in GUS, use the following instructions: Log in to gus.uams.edu with the log-in information provided from the Graduate School. Click on Access GUS. Choose: Main Menu> Student Admissions> Application Transaction Management> Application Transactions Click on the applicant whose record you want to view. Note: You should only be able to see applications for your program. How can I see what documents have been submitted?

Click on the Application Data tab.

Locate the File Attachments section at the bottom of the display to view what documents have been submitted.

Click View All under the File Attachments section to see all documentation that has been submitted for the applicant.

Where can I find transcript information?
As transcripts are received they will be uploaded into the Applicant Data section of the Application. The transcript information and GPA will also be added in to GUS and can be viewed here: Main Menu > Student Admissions > Application Entry > Academic Information > Education Where can I find transcript information?

Accessing the Admission Directors - Report
The Admission Directors – Report can be found at: Main Menu > UAMS – Custom Processes > Admission Directors – Report You will need to have a applicant’s ID number to be able to access the report. This can be found in the Maintain Applications section. Enter the ID number in the EMPL ID box. Accessing the Admission Directors - Report

You will need to enter the following information into the Summary Report generator page:
Institution Academic Career Admit Term Academic Program Academic Plan *This information can be found on the Maintain Applications Page under the Application Program Data tab.

Once all information is included, click Save, then click on the Print button.

You should receive the above message to let you know this report is being created.

Click on Report Manager to view the report.

Click on the newest dated report for a PDF of the applicant’s information.

Click on Download Attachments to view and download documents associated with the application.

Admission Recommendation Form Processing
Once an application is complete, the Graduate School will generate an Admission Recommendation Form and upload it in the Applicant Data section of the applicant’s application. When the application decision has been made, please complete this form and return it to for admission decision processing and notifying of the applicant. Admission Recommendation Form Processing
