3 HISTORY OF SCUBA DOO LOGAN RAINARD DEVELOPED THE DESIGN WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE SEAP PROGRAM IN 2000 LOGAN RAINARD AND ED LEIBOLT FORMED THE WHEATON SUBMARINE WORKS TEAM IN JANUARY 2001 TO BUILD, TEST, AND ENTER THE SCUBA DOO HPS IN THE 6TH ISR IT WAS THE SECOND FASTEST ONE PERSON SUBMARINE AT THE 6TH ISR AND FASTEST INDEPENDENT ONE PERSON SUBMARINE AT THE 7TH ISR. THIS IS THE FOURTH RACE THAT SCUBADOO HAS BEEN ENTERED IN.

PROPELLER DESIGN 3 blades, 32 inches in diameter Design developed by NSWC Carderock division and was built with a rapid proto-type machine -Optimum Operation Conditions: 1-hp 7 knots, at which it will produce 44 lbs of thrust -Designed with the more hydro-dynamic version of the hull in mind
