Assessment  Area of Study 1: Industrial Chemistry is assessed by two SAC’s.  SAC 1: a response to stimulus material in written, oral or visual format  This will be a topic test on Sulphuric Acid.  SAC 2: a written report of one practical activity  This will be an experiment on the effect of temperature and pressure on equilibrium systems.

6. Assessment – Marks Breakdown  The two SAC’s for Unit 4: Area of Study 1 together contribute 10% to your study score for Chemistry.  SAC 1 is 5%  SAC 2 IS 5%
