How We Get There/Best Practices Connect with previous leaders – Find a Mentor –Example: Matching 1 st year governors with experienced current and former BOG members Connect and Collaborate with ACC National –Example: Chapters want to maintain state autonomy but leaders should focus on working collaboratively with ACC national; connecting your goals to the Strategic Plan
