5  Social media is a fantastic way to communicate with your members.  Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube, etc  All Society generic accounts for social media must be ‘UCSU XXXX Society’  Public and permanent SOCIAL MEDIA

6  You are the ‘public face’ of the student body  ‘liking’, ‘sharing’ and favouriting’ a post is likely to be constructed as showing support for the post, therefore sharing the values and views of that individual or organisation. Whether in a personal or a professional capacity, social media must not:  Bring the Students’ Union into disrepute  Breach confidentiality SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
