2 Reporting Disclaimers  These reports may not contain complete information as we are in two systems (i.e., EXCEED and EASY IEP)  Estimated: This will have an impact for 1 calendar year from date of implementation by Winston-Salem-Forsyth County Schools.

4 Current Reports In the System  Compliance by Case Manager  Missing Progress Reports  User Caseloads Report  ESY by Service  NC Accommodations Report  Accommodation Monitoring Report  NC Overdue Eligibility IEP Report

5 Detailed Information  Review the information  If you do not see a report that captures what you need, please contact Kelly Denise Hill or Ginger Haynes for further assistance. We may be able to help.  If we cannot help, the desired report will be sent to the Program Managers and EC Director [Sam Dempsey] for review

6 How Do I access a report?  Step One Log In from W-S/FCS website in User Options

7 How Do I access a report?  Step Two Enter Login information (This is the same as your district email) and hit Login in button

8 How Do I access a report?  Step Three Click on School System

9 How Do I access a report?  Step Four Select Report and Click on the Report Title

10 How Do I access a report?  Step Five Make sure that your school and the information you need are selected

11 How Do I access a report?  Step Six Scroll to the bottom and click the Generate Report Button

12 How Do I access a report?  Step Seven You will see this screen. From here, select “Main Menu”

13 How Do I access a report?  Step Eight From the Main Menu, select, “My Reports”

14 How Do I access a report?  Step Nine Select your report

15 How Do I access a report?  Step Ten Open your report!

16 How Do I access a report?  Step Eleven As with any file, open from the bottom left of the screen.

17 General Notes  If you have access to run reports, view of the whole district is possible. This is due to access of “test school” for training. The district view option should disappear after.  Please remember that you may not full rely on these reports for another year.
