11. Home Sub-Menu You can now create “Home Page” type of pages and include them as links displayed on the sub-menu of home page.

12. Services Sub-Menu Service pages that do not have an alias starts with “index” will appear on the home page sub-menu.

13. Home Page Menu Order You can now decide if a document type should be displayed on the home page menu. A dash means that the type won’t be displayed on the home page. You can also change the order of the menus displayed

14. New Categories We have added three generic categories to accommodate the needs of Global Web. The categories are shared and used in various document page types. For example, both Services and Activity Reports will use these categories.

15. Home Page Section Management The page is now organized by columns (Right, Center, and Left) for clearness Two new section, Daily Photo (right column) and Help Now (left column) are added. Daily Photo is mapped to “Recipe,” and it’s similar to “Still Thoughts” with addition to specify the page photo location with an existing Page ID. Page links can be added to four sections, Headlines, Announcements, Local News, Help Now (this is new).

19. Region Support Check the option to enable Region option for “Service” and “Activity Report” pages Region support is commonly used for separating small regional offices/sites contents from the main site. Those offices don’t usually have enough contents to warrant a whole site.
