Started drinking beer at 10AM Watched lake activates and drank all day Also drank two more beers and watched fireworks and drove to the other end of the lake (with more beer) Went for a midnight swim, very intoxicated Evone cut her foot on a sharp rock at the lake Bleeding profusely, Michael had the idea to break into the house to get a bandage

Steve got sick and threw up everywhere in the cabin Evon got scared and suggested everyone should leave So Michael took everyone that night

Three days later, the cabin owner, Bill and Jane Brown came to the cabin and saw it was badly damaged Blood on the carpet, smell was horrendous, multiple destroyed and damaged goods and vomit on the floor. Some items could not be replaced or even fixed. Damage of $100o

The beer vendor, Ed Rice told police that the four teens were drinking heavily and drove off to that side of the lake. Identified the four teens in a Harrison high school year book.

Charged with vandalism, underage drinking, and breaking & entering. Paid reduced restitution amount of $400, each 80 hours of community service.

Citizens were appalled on how much the teens drunk and how easy it was to get beer. Bill and Jane brown sued the planning committee for damages. They also wanted a clear policy about underage drinking and not allowing people to get out of hand.
