10 Assets Management  Establishment DOH estates/land assets management  Institution of regular inventory, maintenance and/or replacement system of all non- expendable, movable property and equipment  Institution of regular inventory system for infrastructure and facilities including a conduct life cycle and condition assessments of life expectancy, and repair or maintenance replacement costs.

11 Procurement & Logistics Management Mainstreaming RA 9184 or Procurement Law Building capacity in procurement management, warehousing and distribution system Benchmarking and monitoring procurement practices Implementation of ethical practices
