10 Stickers, Stamps and Stamp tokens

11 It is the responsibility of all school staff to catch children demonstrating good Learning behaviours

12 Stamp Books Good learning behaviours – am/pm Caught being good by others – tokens Filled stamp books are acknowledged by the HT with a sticker and 25 Coloured House Point slip

13 House points 25 for a filled stamp book Homework Reading to an adult

14 Class stars Earned for collaborative good learning behaviours First class out of Collective worship Being efficient with time – Changing for PE Lining quickly and quietly Rewarded with a class treat of their choosing

15 Headteacher’s cups All linked to learning behaviours to aid children in recognising and emulating these. Certificate – signed and laminated

16 Going for Green Every child starts the day on green, the aim is always to get back to green, younger children will need you to be clear on how this can be achieved. Older ones need to make their own suggestions. Red Amber Green will be used in classrooms to encourage positive choices A strong emphasis on restorative justice will help with learning behaviours. Earning back of privileges and rewards that are taken away. Staying on green all week means children enter the raffle. A prize winner will be selected at random during Friday’s Celebration. The winner will select a prize. Termly letters sent home to congratulate those who stay on green all term.

19 M ONITORING Drop-in evidence and Observation evidence both show that these initiatives are working well. Moving around the school is more orderly, leaving after Collective Worship etc. Comments from support staff. Pupil perceptions via school council – minutes circulated.
