Opportunity to.... Share knowledge: build a picture of past experiences to inform present behaviour and use to plan for the future Problem solve: solution focussed approach to specific difficulties using variety of expertise Review progress regularly: celebrate success and provide a forum to reflect and share strategies, timescale between meetings seems achievable Share responsibility: no one person is working in isolation Develop consistency: home/ school/ teacher/LSA
