Why are we doing this lab?
Mix parents’ blood to see what babies can be produces. Learn how to find out what blood type a person is so that we can match the parents with their babies. See what happens when someone is given a transfusion of blood that isn’t compatible with them

Procedure 2 drops of Anti-A in the A well.
2 drops of Anti-B in the B well. 2 drops of blood in the A well and in the B well. Stir each well using a separate toothpick – throw the toothpick out! Look for agglutination (clumping).
