8 Project Review Committee – Additional Conditions 1.Project ID No. 2062 Quail Valley Sewer System – Request that as part of their project agreement, EMWD develop a plan to recover the costs from sewering of undeveloped lots in Quail Valley. 2.Project ID No. 2125 Corona/Home Gardens Well - Request that as part of their project agreement, the City of Corona DWP show that $1.0 M of the project benefit is apportioned evenly between the City and Home Gardens County Water District and that the final $0.3 M of benefit accrue solely to the Home Gardens community; 3.Project ID No. 2251 MVWD Budget Based Rates – Request that upon completion of a grant eligible application for a water use efficiency rate implementation program that Monte Vista Water District be granted an interview for Round 3 funding.
