2. Competition Tryout Dates Monday, March 16 th – Thursday, March 26 th Main Gym at LHS from 4:30-6:00 A List will be posted on Friday March 20 th after cuts have been made. Those girls on list will attend 2 nd week of tryouts. The list of 2015 cheerleaders will be posted on the Lambert Competition Cheerleading Webpage late Friday March 27 th.

3. Competition Eligibility & Spots JV competition- 9 th & 10 th graders 16-20 spots Varsity competition- All grades 16-20 spots

4. Approximate Cost for Competition Varsity: $600 JV: $500 – will include choreography, music, practice clothes, shoes, bag, sweatshirt, warm-up (varsity), bow, bloomers, uniform usage, competition fees, transportation, etc. 02/04/09

5. Important Competition Dates Team meeting: March 31 st @ 4pm Parent meeting: March 31 st @ 6pm – Money Due!!!! Summer Practices: Tuesday - Thursday Choreography: June 19-21 (All Day) Mini Camp Dates (Varsity Only) – June 8 th thru June 11 th – July 13 th thru July 16 th 02/04/09

6. Tryout Procedures Tryouts are closed sessions Students are not allowed to tryout with finger nails over GHSA regulation or artificial nails (cut to the end of the finger). Student are not allowed to wear jewelry of any kind- rings, earrings, nose-rings, bracelets, anklets, or belly. I should not have to remind them. No cell phones allowed in the gym- all personal items should remain in the locker room. Students should stay on task at all times and remember that the whole 2 weeks are a tryout. 02/04/09

7. Requirements for Lambert Competition Cheerleading Completed Application Packet Physical Exam Forms Both of these can be found on the competition cheerleading website. DO NOT TURN IN UNTIL EVERYTHING IS FINISHED!!!!

8. Lambert Cheerleading Expectations Follow all rules stated by the LHS Cheerleading Constitution Attend summer choreography camp. Participate in all fundraisers and community service Maintain high academic standards Participate in pre-/post-game activities and preparations Attend practices & competitions Comply with all-star policy
