More to consider One bid sheet / one set of prices for MO & Region assigned counts Count package includes zip file, station list, field sheets and GPS locations Class & volume counts – no longer just a tube count, may employ alternative methods and / or devices for collecting data.

From Ramp Contract: With the approval of the Main Office Contract Manager the contractor may use, in addition to ATR / tube counts, alternative methods and / or devices for collecting the data. Alternative methods and / or devices may include, but are not limited to, acoustic sensors, laser counters, a combination of methods and devices. For instructions on the process for approving alternative traffic count devices, see APPROVING TRAFFIC COUNTERS AND ALTERNATIVE COUNTING DEVICES, Attachment B. Counts from approved alternative counting methods and / or devices will be paid at the rate bid in the contract for the particular type (volume or class) and length (72 hours or 7 days) of count requested.
