Think about the colors that you see on traffic and road signs and try to determine what types or classification of signs are associated with specific colors?

Traffic Signs What are the classifications of traffic signs?
Regulatory: tell drivers what to do. They control traffic and tell you about laws that you must obey. Warning: help you to avoid surprise situations and tell you that danger is ahead. Guide: Help to find routes, intersections, service areas, and other points of interest or information. Tell you how to get places

Regulatory Signs: Stop Sign: RED, OCTAGON, WITH WHITE LETTERS
come to a FULL STOP and yield the right of way Stop at the white stop line (if present) or even with the location of the sign.

Most are diamond shaped with a yellow background and black writing. What should you be prepared to do when you see a warning sign? Slow down or Stop!!!
