2. The National Plan for Ethics in Sport - PNED The National Plan for Ethics in Sport (PNED) is an initiative of the Portuguese Government promoted by the Sports and Youth Secretary of State. General Goals: PNED aims to promote initiatives to assimilate and to experience ethical values in sports practice, such as truth, cooperation, respect, solidarity, tolerance, mutual help, among others.
