On the Job Training (OJT) is a unique opportunity for participants who already possess some job-related skills and knowledge to “learn as they earn”. The employer benefits by being reimbursed for part of the participant’s wages during the training period, while still having the services of a full time employee.

How does OJT Benefit You??? The paperwork is minimal and we do it for you! As with any program there must be accountability to ensure that funds are being spent fairly and responsibly. The burden of this paperwork, however, is NOT placed on you. Quality training reduces employee turnover which saves you money! The retention rate of dislocated workers involved in OJT is currently 97% in Missouri!
12
Low employee turnover reduces operating costs! High employee turnover not only lowers productivity because an organization loses human capital but it can be expensive and disruptive to the entire organization. Lower operating costs increase profits! Your cost for hiring & training a new employee… Your average employee turnover rate… You do the math!

On the Job Training programs are set up to meet the individual training needs of the employer and foster the best possible learning environment for the new employee.
