How is the IMIC model made? We use SPICE to do it. 3D DC sweep printing capacitors and I at each step. Ensure RD,RS, RSH =0 in doing the run For Generic SPICE have to do a number of runs - a AC analysis at each step or operating point to get capacitances

Conclusions IMIC model viable SPICE-like alternative with proprietary information protection Validation has been done for different loads with two different devices. Waveforms from the IMIC model and original SPICE model overlay quite well.
