What we did collaboratively worked on defining the framework for project development identify target pupils identify the languages to work with surveyed pupils before starting the project community language teachers facilitated 5 sessions with 1 st pilot group of learners to support them in developing resources for leading 3 sessions to 2 nd pilot group

What we did 1 st pilot group of learners led 3 sessions to teach 2 nd pilot group, supported by their community language teacher group of teachers worked together to standardise resources produced groups of teachers worked together in learning how to create online classes using quia.com surveyed/interviewed pilot pupils at the end of the project group of teachers worked together to produce a guide for replicating the project Group of teachers worked together to create online classes for each of the pupils’ led sessions

What we have learnt how to build pupils’ confidence in sharing information about their background and heritage self evaluate teaching following on from pupils discussions and voices make use of peer mentoring to form part of everyday teaching make use of role models for pupils make use of the heritage which is on our doorstep
