• Judo was created in 1882 • 40 years were necessary to achieve Jigoro Kano’s objectives. “The judo philosophical principals can act as a unifying principle for all aspects of life ultimately contributing to the betterment of society.”

Educators developed the teaching of judo through games which incorporate the basic movements of judo. Games can be adapted to the equipment that is available at school. Games teach the moral principles and the abilities.
