2 It is important to return ALL client and insurer calls PROMPTLY Messages

3  When a message is received, it is sent VIA text message to your phone, also a copy of it is sent to your company email address.

4 VNC Message Center  A third notification is entered into the message center on your VNC account.  If the message button is RED, this indicates that you have unread messages. It is important to open and read ALL messages inside the VNC Message Center.

5  The system has a reporting feature that reports ALL unread messages over 24 hours.  If you DO NOT open your messages inside the VNC Message Center, it will appear that you are not keeping up with your Customer Service.

6 Starting January 1, 2009, agents with unread messages will not be able to submit their turn-in sheets. The turn-ins will be marked as having unread messages and advances will NOT be advanced.
