3. Responsibilities Perform all functions of President in the absence of the President or upon request Organize field trips or special events Assist the rest of the board members

4. Responsibilities Maintain the appropriate branch accounts Fill out and file the necessary paperwork for funding request In charge of the chapters finances

5. Responsibilities Maintain branch membership roster Promote the benefits of IEEE membership to fellow students Send e-mails to promote upcoming events and meetings

6. Responsibilities Maintain the bulletin board and keep it up to date Make arrangements to attend mandatory meetings Assist the rest of the board

7. Responsibilities Maintain a liaison between the student members Maintain a relationship with organizations to promote IEEE Provide response to questions dealing with membership of organization

8. Responsibilities Assist the Chair and Vice Chair to organize activities throughout the academic year Plans activities throughout the year

9. Responsibilities Become acquainted with the freshmen class Invite all freshmen/sophomore students to attend organizations and activities Advertise any organized events

10. Responsibilities Maintain a liaison between the student members Maintain a relationship with organizations to promote IEEE Provide response to questions dealing with membership of organization

11. Responsibilities Keep the website updated Work along with the board with improvements to the website
