You will need to include the following in your presentation: – Content: Text, Images, animations and hyperlinks (buttons). – Slides: Introduction, Family Background, Interests, Favourites Restaurants and Favourite Holiday Destinations. Task: Create your hand drawn designs for your slide master: 1.Draw a design for the main slide – use the document provided 2.In PowerPoint create your slide master for the main and title slide Refer to the example and use the document provided:

Extension: create an animated gif for your home country. This will be imported in to the introduction slide. Width: 150, Height: 350

8. Multimedia Product Extension – Creating Animated Gif http://www.yahmad.co.uk/ Drag state to duplicate. Click to add blank new state. Set the size of the canvas to: Width: 150 Height: 350 Set the frame rate to a suitable number. The animated gif will be made in Adobe Fireworks. You need to set the canvas size and use states to create the animation. Make sure you set and appropriate frame rate for each state.

9. Multimedia Product Extension – Exporting Animated Gif http://www.yahmad.co.uk/ 1 2 3 4 1)To export your animated gif you need to click on File>>Export Wizard in Fireworks. 2)Select an appropriate folder to export. 3)Click on Insert>>Picture in fireworks 4)Place the picture on your slide.
