Offer something related to what you eventually want to offer/sell to your prospect: To be added to a mailing list for a newsletter Access to a password protected page with information they are seeking A free special report A free ecourse or ezine A special bonus if they sign up now – a service you can provide that they need
5
Get them excite about your emails ! If you are not ‘offering’ anything special – include an informative tip and a summary of what future communications will contain. This will help to get them excited about your emails.
6
Move them towards your goal! Why is this important? Use the timed responses to move them toward your goal. Use special reports, forms, buyers match and other tools in your account to interact with your recipient.

Create a name for your campaign. Provide an email address for the FROM in your outbound emails. Give your campaign a name.
10
Intermingle your campaigns! Move a prospect from one campaign into another based on a response. Consider creating a flow chart of how a new prospect would move through your campaigns.
11
Choose when your recipient should receive this email. Your first message should go out within 24 hours of their opting in to the campaign. Create an inviting Subject line
12
First Email should welcome! Your second and third emails should go out 2 to 3 days apart.
13
Create multiple email messages! Emails should be short, sweet & to the point. Keep in mind that they may still be shopping for the service or product that you offer.
14
Make your emails exciting and interesting to keep your recipients wanting more! Reference a problem they might be experiencing, offer advice. Offer relative advice, relative articles
15
Create an urgency for the solution. Include a deadline to respond to a special offer you may have at this time and are willing to make available to them.
16
Send final responses a week apart! Your final responses should be sent a week later, and a week apart if you are sending multiple final emails.
