YaYa Box Exercise Instructions: Decide who does what role in the group Reader reads through all questions before group begins answering Group brainstorms answers and writers write. Picture people should look for illustrations that reflect the group’s answers

YaYa Box Exercise Who is responsible for defining success? What does success look like? What does success mean? To whom? Where will success lead to? What is the end result? Who benefits?

YaYa Box Exercise To complete the box, you will have the opportunity to describe what success means to you. (Refer to the handout “YaYa Box: What does College Success mean?”) Assignment is due Monday, Aug. 21 st.

Homework Assignment Due Monday, August 21 st Please choose how you would best answer the questions below: Writing an essay (at least 2 page response paper) or Creating a collage to describe your answers (using magazine cutouts, illustrations, photos, etc.) Answer the following questions: Describe what your definition of “success” means? What does it look like? What does it feel like? Who benefits from your definition of success? In relation to College Success, describe what that means to you and also what are your outcomes of a successful college career? What are your educational and career goals? Do these two goals relate to one another or are they separate, why?
