Exceptions may be made in an emergency situation if discussed prior to class. If you are not actively participating during group discussion work, you will also be counted as absent. Incomplete Policy: Students must REQUEST an incomplete prior to the last week of class. An incomplete request form (available from Dr. Krach) must be completed. All students will administer and write a psychological evaluation report that will include an Adult Interview and a Mental Status Exam, a personality test, and an achievement test.
