2. Introduction
People these days pay a lot of attention to what they wear. That’s why we have so many fashion designers for all the different tastes people have. Also since all the people don’t have as much money as the others, not everyone can afford the high quality clothes, or in other words the amount of money you pay for the person’s name on your clothes. So sometimes buying a less popular name brand might be good as well.

3. Versace
Gianni was born in Italy in He developed passion for fashion at an early age. He made clothes at an early age with his mom. He than sold them at his mom’s small tailoring shop. He got additional experience and than opened his own boutique in Soon his boutiques started to spread all over the world. In 1997 he was killed at his house in Miami, Florida. Afterwards his sister Donatella Versace took over the business.

Like many other fashion designers Gucci was first a small family business that was started in 1921 Florence, Italy. It soon developed a good reputation and it has been expanded to Rome. The founder of Gucci was Guccio Gucci. That were the famous GG signature bags come from, his initials.

7. Giorgio Armani is an Italian designer
Giorgio Armani is an Italian designer. He is particularly noted for his line in menswear. Armani trained in medicine but gave that up for photography. Armani got a job at a department store as a window dresser. That is when he became familiar with all the fashion. In 1974 he established his own company with a partner Sergio Galeotti. It was called Giorgio Armani S.p.A. In 1975 he introduced a ladies’ line. He achieved his international breakthrough by designing clothes for some of the most popular Hollywood stars.

Valentino Garavani was born in Voghera in In high school he showed great interest in fashion and soon took courses in fashion and French. He prepares himself to move there because France at that time was the fashion capital. There he works with many great designers. In 1960 he returns to Rome and starts his own atelier. Those are the years when many great Hollywood stars come through Rome and discover Valentino and he soon gains quick fame.

Louis Vuitton was born on August 4,1821. He started designing luggage bags and opened a store in Paris in He wasn’t successful until after his death. His son took over the company afterwards. He was the one to introduce the famous LV logo. His son, George, traveled all over U.S. selling the bags. Now, after a century after Louis Vuitton’s death, his handbags and luggage are usually looked at as one of the major fashions in the world.

13. Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce & Gabbana is a designer company owned by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. They opened their first store in Unites States in 1995 in an upscale shopping area of Houston. After they started selling great amounts of clothing and their interest went up, they decided to open more boutiques. Today their boutiques have became a great symbol of high fashion and couture.
