13. 13  Translations done in a word-only environment include new types of errors.  Competence using the tools and creating hypermedia texts is key to produce quality translations.  Translators need to see their work in its native, final format.  Word-only environments may speed up translation parts with no visual elements.  Optimal efficiency may be achieved with flexible tools offering blended translation environments.
