2 941 Deposit Posting Create a specific G/L Journal (i.e. “941”) Go to P/R, Maintenance, Tax Table, Federal to set up. Run 941 Report for check date. Click [Post] button and G/L journal entry will be automatically posted. Still call in your taxes to the gov’t

6 Custom Lists Allow you to create an employee list that includes or excludes an item entered on the Employee Maintenance Record. Create list in to Tools, Genies, Data, Employee List To run the list: Go to P/R, Maintenance, Employee Click on “List” Change List Type to “Custom” Choose custom report name

7 Timecard Genie Create timecard(s) to suit your needs Genie is divided in 3 sections: Pallet, Header, Body (Detail) Tab Order/Protect/Field Size/Alignment Button Payment Group in Header

Importing Timecards How to import Know where your.csv file is located Go to your timecard and click [Import] Adjust info as needed and click through Et voila! The info is there as if you typed it!

8 Adjustment Genie Used to correct single or group current adjustments as you are doing current payroll Used to correct single or group history adjustments Once entered, can be seen or edited through Enter Current Adjustments or Enter History Adjustments windows, respectively.

9 Extra Burden Extra Burden is over and above the normal calculated Six Normal Burdens FICA/FUTA/SUTA/WC/ER Contr/Union Fringes Can be % or amount/hour. Can hit G/L and/or J/C Can be filtered by Company, Trade, Employee, Cost Code, Department, Union

Prevailing wage is created as a “Pseudo” union, using most of the same set ups. Rate table Set up Benefit Type (if applicable) Fringe earn code Deduction/Fringe Attaching P/W Union to a Job
