4. Monitor academic progress and provide support Work with students and teachers to ensure strong academic performance Arrange for mentors or tutors as needed Assist with scheduling challenges

5. Document and showcase their talents Develop portfolios (e.g., clippings, game tapes, works of art) Provide information about opportunities to attend athletic camps and University audition days

6. Assist with the college admissions process Provide information about ACT/SAT testing, NCAA requirements, important deadlines Complete letters of interest and application forms Make school contacts

7. Expand their opportunities Provide information about additional colleges with programs of interest Explain what to expect during the recruitment period Provide additional instruction and coaching
