S-C-C C = citation Tell us your fact (can be a quote or a paraphrased fact). “Many cats are lactose intolerant, so you shouldn’t give them milk.” The first ever cat video was recorded in 1894. “Cats make 100 different sounds, while dogs can make only 10.” Cats can recognize your voice but may choose not to come when they’re called.

S-C-C C = commentary (can have more than 1 commentary) Tell us what your fact means to your thesis. This means that cat owners might think they’re giving their cat a healthy treat but could be making their cat feel ill. This shows that the history of the cat video started long before the launch of YouTube. While some people might say this is evidence that cats are more advanced than dogs, one should not forget that animals also communicate with body language. This fact explains why some people have trouble training their cats.
